See our contact details and make an appointment. You can visit us in our studio, or it is possible to make an online meeting.

The first consultation appointment led by the designer Libka Safr Šafránková you will discuss your ideas and expectations. It is important to us that the final product corresponds to your ideas, so you will be personally involved in every production step. During this first appointment we will measure your size, agree on colours and settle the 50% deposit payment as well.

Presentation and approval of the final model. After this the production begins and will take about about 3 weeks.

After your dream hat passed through the hands of the millinery team, we prepare your hat or headpiece for shipping. We pack it into our luxurious branded hatbox with the certificate of authenticity and lifetime guarantee. Before shipping you will get the final invoice.

The entire production process from our workshop guarantees 100% handmade and Czech origin product inclusive components, fabric, packaging, labels and of course 100% Czech design.
